VANEST V-DB500 Industrial Metal Shredder is a compact and versatile machine designed to handle a wide range of solid materials, including E-waste, metal scraps, wood, plastics, packaging barrels, and pallets. Driven by two 7.5 kW motors and running at 15 rpm, it provides stable low-speed, high-torque shredding performance. The 700×600×300 mm feeding chamber and 24 robust blades ensure smooth and efficient material processing. Equipped with a PLC automatic control system featuring start, stop, reverse, and overload auto-reverse functions, the V-DB500 delivers reliable operation, enhanced safety, and high efficiency for recycling and industrial waste applications.

Working principle of V-DB500 Industrial Metal Shredder:
The double-shaft shredder is sheared by the blades on the two shafts to meet the requirements of shredding materials.
The size after shredding is related to the thickness of the shredding blade and the number of teeth.
The thinner the blade, the smaller the size of the shredded material, the more the number of cutter teeth, the shorter the length of the shredded material.

5. The moving blade material is made of special alloy tool steel forging blanks, precision machining, multiple heat treatments and low temperature freezing heat treatment technology.
