The VANEST DB400 Metal Shredder is a compact yet powerful shredding solution designed for a wide range of recycling and material-reduction applications. It efficiently processes E-waste, scrap metal, wood, plastics, drums, pallets, and other solid materials, making it ideal for workshops, recycling centers, and small industrial operations.

Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, the DB400 offers start, stop, reverse, and automatic overload protection, ensuring stable operation, high safety, and minimal downtime. Its low-speed, high-torque design (15 rpm) delivers strong shredding force with low noise and reduced wear on blades. Powered by a 4KW motor and fitted with 26 high-strength blades, the DB400 provides reliable performance in a compact footprint, combining efficiency, durability, and ease of operation.

Working principle of V-DB400 Metal Shredders:
The double-shaft shredder is sheared by the blades on the two shafts to meet the requirements of shredding materials.
The size after shredding is related to the thickness of the shredding blade and the number of teeth.
The thinner the blade, the smaller the size of the shredded material, the more the number of cutter teeth, the shorter the length of the shredded material.

5. The moving blade material is made of special alloy tool steel forging blanks, precision machining, multiple heat treatments and low temperature freezing heat treatment technology.
